WIDTH - Standard. Women’s standard width is B in the heel and C in the forefoot (according to Brannock Device). Patterns and materials in a given model may influence fit. We always recommend trying our footwear on to ensure the best possible fit.
VOLUME - Standard. Medium-High volume feet tend to be wider with higher arches and insteps.

  These fit as expected in my normal size. If you're looking for a stiff & sturdy waterproof hiker these may be the shoes for you. I was in the market for something I could occasionally jog in with the dog, and these seemed too clunky for that use.

  These shoes are well made and comfortable for hiking. I bought the, specifically because there described as “oiled nubuck…B-DRY Waterproof Membrane.” They were the opposite! Water just soaked thru - did not bead at all. My feet got soaked walking in light drizzle!

  These are my third pair of oboz sawtooth. Sawtooth X is best so far for me. Pevious versions were slightly too wide for me even though I don't have a narrow foot, so I had to lace up as tight as I could.Sawtooth X seems to run slightly more narrow and fits me better. I've taken them on two 6 mile hikes over rugged terrain with lots of ups and downs and my feet felt fine! They are a little bit lower than previous versions and I think they are nice looking. They have fantastic support and are great for my high arches.

  I wore my new Oboz shoes on a 5-mile hike today and was very happy with them. The sole gripped the trail and the shoe provided good support. I've worn this same Oboz Sawtooth shoe in the past and only replaced it because the tread had worn down after many miles of hiking.

  I work at a garden nursery and I'm very hard on my footwear. The brand I used to favor, a well known and only slightly less expensive brand, would only last a couple months before the sole started delaminating. Not so with the oboz. They are holding up wonderfully! And the support has kept my plantar fasciitis at bay. Worth the extra money.If you're debating between a normal or wide, get the wide. The toe-box isn't overly generous.

  Received this nice looking hikers, but they’re too heavy for me. I do not have wide feet at all but my feet felt cramped and my toes were numb after trying on for 5 mins. They must run narrow. I’m returning.

  I tried Oboz when they were getting started and didn’t offer above women’s size 11, and though their 11 was snug, it felt so comfortable. I usually wear an 11.5 women’s, 10.5 men’s (because there are barely any 11.5s available for women). So I held out hope that 12s would work, but while the length is sufficient, the heel is really loose, even in a midweight hiking sock. My toes have enough wiggle room but I prefer a wider toe box. Back they go…
